Rare find in this condition! Hardcover book with dust jacket. Stated fifth printing. Reynal & Hitchcock, Inc. Address of "8 West 40th Street, N.Y. 18" on jacket. Five line colophon on last page. Dust jacket has creases, chips, and small tears on edges, a small stain on the bottom right front, browning/staining from age (especially on spine), and other minor flaws. Price clipped. Hardcover has light discoloring and a couple small wear/deterioration spots on top edge. Inner pages are very nice and appear to have been minimally read. No writing or tears. A few creases (see photo). Very light creasing from minimal page turning. A few little dot stains.
