Very rare book that normally goes for around $30, but this one is in rough shape. Ex-library. Stamps and card holder on inside. Staining from library tape on first and last pages as well as hardcover. Most of index page missing (see photo). Fraying on top and bottom of hardcover. Inside pages are clean except for some smudges. Binding is tight. Very readable copy.
