Many of the books we sell have been around a very long time and the majority of them have been used, read, and well-loved by previous owners. We take the time to describe any major imperfections well and provide several photos of each item. If you read the descriptions thoroughly before purchasing, then you should be happy when your books arrive!
However, we are human and can make mistakes! If you feel we misrepresented a book that you have purchased, you can request a return within 10 days of the date USPS says the item was delivered to you (Return requests after that time cannot be honored).
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com or text us at 239.565.3135. If we made an error in the description, we will work with you and provide a label for you to print and ship the book safely back to us. Once we receive the book back, we will send you a full refund in the original method you paid within three business days.
